Are you having a bad day? Well, this news will make it a bit better:
John Young’s memoirs are finally being published. Forever Young: A Life of Adventure in Air and Space will debut on September 30, 2012. Its publisher is the University Press of Florida. James Hansen, the author of Neil Armstrong’s biography First Man, is a co-writer.
I am very excited about this book, which is much-needed and long overdue. Plus, I strongly support the practice of naming astronaut memoirs after Rod Stewart songs. I’m guessing that “Do Ya Think I’m Sexy?” was already taken.
