I have a special place in my heart for awkward photoshopped news graphics, so of course I love this depiction of Gordo Cooper’s 1963 visit to New York City. Cooper is rolling his eyes as if to say, “That’s it? This is New York?” And Mayor Robert Wagner is all, “What do you want from me?”
