Hamilton, Bermuda, 2/16/62: “Astronaut Virgil Grissom, one of America’s two ‘veteran’ space travelers, uses an earthbound mode of transportation here as John Glenn’s orbital flight was canceled again. Grissom, on duty at a tracking station here, was to greet Glenn if he were brought to Bermuda after the recovery. Glenn’s orbital flight is now scheduled for 2/20.”
